焦虑症患者心率变异性频谱分析的研究

目的运用对心率变异性的频谱分析探讨焦虑症患者自主神经功能的特点。方法运用病例对照研究 ,选取 3 0例焦虑症患者和 3 0例对照者 ,对其分别进行EPQ个性测定及HAMA、SAS、TAI心理评定 ,应用多导生理记录仪 ,对心电图进行AR谱分析后获得心率变异性 (HRV )的LF、LF/HF成份并进行比较。结果静息状态下 ,病例组LF和LF/HF显著高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;病例组HAMA总分及精神焦虑因子分与LF/HF呈正相关 (r =0 .49,r =0 .46,P <0 .0 1) ;EPQ与HRV无相关性。 2 )病例组视频刺激后LF和LF/HF均显著性增大。结论焦虑症患者静息状态下存在交感神经系统功能亢进 ,应激下生理反应是以交感神经活动调节为主的 ,焦虑严重程度也会影响自主神经功能。

A study of power spectral analysis of heart rate variability in anxiety neurosis

Objective To explore the characteristic of autonomic nervous system in anxiety neurosis MethodsEPQ,HAMA,SAS,TAT,LF,LF/HF were measured and analyzed in both patients and controls.Results1)During the rest ,the LF and LF/HF in patients was significantly higher campared with the controls(P<0.05),and the baseline LF/HF ratio had significant positive correlation with HAMA scores and its mental factor(r=0.49,r=0.46,P<0.01).2)LF and LF/HF increased significantly in patients under video stress.ConclusionsAnxiety neurosis have exaggerated sympathetic active,and the severity of anxiety can influence the function of autonomic nervous system.
