| 摘 要： | 目的研究分析胃癌患者预后的影响因素。方法采用kaplan—meier生存率分析法和log—rank检验进行单因素分析，cox比例风险模型进行多因素分析。结果发现：单因素分析表明肿瘤大小、癌细胞分化程度、淋巴管侵犯、浆膜情况、淋巴结情况、手术方式影响患者预后；多因素分析发现淋巴结情况和手术方式是影响预后的独立因素，未显示浆膜中癌细胞浸润情况在胃癌预后中的作用，可能与本组病例大多的肿瘤为TNMⅢ期或Ⅳ期有关。结论胃癌患者预后的影响较多，需要多方面评估。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the prognosis of gastric cancer.Methods From1992to1994,the prognosis of97patients with gastric cancer who had undergone gastrectomy were analyzed.The method of univariable analysis used Kaplan-meier analysis and Log-rank analysis,multivariable analysis used cox proportion risk model.Result Univariable analysis showed the size of tumor,differatiation of tumor,lym-phatic invasion,chorion invasion,lymph node metastasis and operation method affecting patient's prognosis.However,multivariable analysis showed that lymph node metastasis and operation method were the independent risk factors of patient's prognosis.In this study,multi-variable analysis can not approve chorion invasion was an important factor in the prognosis of gastric cancer,the impossible reason is that most patients were T3or T4stage in TNM.Conclusion Exact evaluation of patients with gastric cancer help to select personal therapeutic measure. |
