| 摘 要： | 目的观察心可舒片治疗非器质性心脏病窦性心动过速的疗效.方法随机观察非器质性心脏病窦性心动过速患者36例,口服心可舒片(山东沃华医药科技股份有限公司生产),每日3次,每次4片,4周为1个疗程.观察心率、生化项目的变化及药物起效时间.结果显效22例,有效8例,总有效率83.33%.心可舒片对心率影响主要从第2周开始,第3～5周效果最佳.结论心可舒片对非器质性心脏病窦性心动过速具有一定的降低作用,安全无副作用. |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the curative effect of Xinkeshu Tablets on sinus tachycardia (ST) of inorganic cardiopathy. Method To treat 36 cases of ST of inorganic cardiopathy with Xinkeshu Tablets with 4 tablets three times daily. A treatment course was 4 weeks. The heart rate, changes of biochemical test and start time of the drug effect were observed. Result There were 22 cases with obvious effect and 8 with effect. The total effective rate was 83.33%. The influence of Xinkeshu Tablets on the heart rate began from the second week and Xinkeshu Tablets had the best effect during the third to fifth week. Conclusion Xinkeshu Tablets can inhibit ST of inorganic cardiopathy. The drug is safe and has no side effects. |
