| 摘 要： | 复杂性肾结石大都合并巨大肾积水，由于结石所在部位的不同，肾积水多为不规则的囊袋状，肾实质菲薄区并不广泛，仍有部分肾实质结构完好。采用联合整形术治疗复杂性肾结石并巨大肾积水２０例，经随访观察，症状消失，体重增加，肾功能均得到不同程度的改善，避免患肾切除，临床效果满意。 |

| Abstract: | Complex kidney stones are often complicated with giant hydronephrosis. Because kidney stones take place at different places, most of the hydroneplirosis are irregular bag-like. The thin renal parenchyma area is not extensive. And some of the renal parenchymas as still have complete structure.Combined plastic operations were used to treat 20 cases. The follow-up survey showed that the patients' symptoms had disappeared after operation, their body weight had increased, and their renal functions had been improved to varying degrees. |
