舌黏膜血管铸型扫描电镜观察及其临床意义

目的 为中医舌诊和外科舌瓣设计提供解剖学依据。方法 6具新鲜的胎儿尸体经血管铸型后在扫描电镜下观察。结果 舌深动脉长支和舌背动脉终支在舌黏膜下形成一完整的致密动脉网，跨越舌中线，成为一整体。由动脉网发出微动脉支进入舌黏膜内，形成黏膜内的毛细血管网和各种乳头毛细血管丛。结论 舌黏膜两侧血管吻合丰富，可选用舌黏膜肌瓣修复创面，并为舌诊提供了形态学基础。

Observation on the micro-vascular of lingual mucosa by scanning electron microscopy and its clinical significance

Objective To provide anatomical basis for the inspection of tongue collateral vessels in traditional Chinese medical practice and tongue surgery flap.Methods Six vascular corrosive cast specimens of fetal cadavers were studied under the scanning electron microscope.Results The long branches of the profunda lingual arteries and the terminal branches of the dorsal lingual arteries anastomosed into a thick layer of arterial network,under the mucosa and over the superficial muscle of the whole body and root of the tongue. Arteriolae spvang from the submucosal arterial network, which got into the mucosa to form the capillary network of mucosa and the capillary plexuses of variant papillae.Conclusion Plenty of the anastomotic blood vessels in both sides of tongual mucosa are quite suitable for the lingual flap design and repairing muscular flap of tongual musosa and the inspection of tongue collateral vessels.
