| 摘 要： | 目的：从白芥子中提取总黄酮，并测定其含量。方法：运用微波技术提取白芥子总黄酮，用比色法测定总黄酮含量。结果：测得白芥子中总黄酮含量为1．85％，平均加回收率98．96％，相对标准偏差(RSD)为2．11％(n=6)。结论：首次运用微波技术从白芥子中提取总黄酮，反应速度加快，提高了提取效率。

| Abstract: | Objective:To extract and determine the total flavonoids in Seeds of Brassica alba.Methods:Total flavonoids in Seeds of Brassica alba were extracted by microwave technology and determined by colorimetry;Results:Total flavonoids in Seeds of Brassica alba was 1.85%,and recovery rate was 98.96%,RSD was 2.11%(n=6).Conclusion:Microwave Technology was applied to extracting total flavonoids in Seeds of Brassica alba, the reaction speed is faster and the result is satisfactory. |
