黄精皂苷对慢性轻度不可预见性应激抑郁模型大鼠行为学及血清中微量元素的影响

摘    要:目的观察黄精皂苷(SRP)对慢性轻度不可预见性应激(CUMS)大鼠行为学以及血清中Zn、Cu、Mg、Mn 4种微量元素含量的影响,探讨SRP对CUMS抑郁模型大鼠的作用及其机制。方法 36只SD大鼠随机分为6组:正常组、模型组、氟西汀组、SRP(100、200、400 mg/kg.d)组。采用不同应激因子交替持续应激21 d,建立大鼠CUMS抑郁模型,观察各组大鼠的行为学指标,并用原子吸收分光光度计检测血清中Zn、Cu、Mg、Mn的含量。结果①模型组大鼠出现了明显行为学的异常,SRP和氟西汀均可明显改善抑郁症大鼠的行为学指标;②与正常组比较,模型组大鼠血清中的Zn、Mn、Mg含量明显降低,而Cu含量升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。SRP组和氟西汀组大鼠血中Zn、Mn、Mg含量均有所升高,Cu含量降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 SRP具有抗抑郁作用,调节机体中的微量元素水平可能是其机制之一。

Effects of saponins of rhizoma polygonati on the behaviors and trace elements in CUMS depressed model rats

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of saponins of rhizome polygonati(SRP) and the mechanism on chronic unpredictable mild stress(CUMS) induced depression by the behaviors and trace elements in serum of the rats.Methods Rat models were established by CUMS behavioral indexes were measured,four kinds of trace elements content in serum were detected.Results ① The behavioral indexes showed an obvious depressive state in rats of model group as compared with normal control rats.② Compared with normal control group,serum content of Zn,Mn,Mg in model group decreased,but Cu increased,there were all significant difference(P<0.05).The results of SRP(100,200,400 mg/kg·d) groups were same with fluoxetine group,serum content of Zn,Mn,Mg increased obviously,and Cu decreased,there were all significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The effects of anti-depression of SRP may be related to the regulation of trace elements in serum.
