西双版纳傣族自治州鼠疫流行现状及防制对策探讨

目的探讨西双版纳州家鼠鼠疫流行规律及变化趋势,为制定预防和控制措施提供依据。方法收集和整理西双版纳州鼠疫监测、鼠疫疫情处理资料进行统计分析。结果 1992～2007年西双版纳州共发生鼠疫疫情34起,其中勐海县21起(61.76%),景洪市9起(占26.47%),勐腊县4起(11.77%);共检菌225株,流行高峰在7～8月;发生人间鼠疫3起,报告病例15例,无死亡病例;主要传染源为黄胸鼠,传播媒介为印鼠客蚤。结论西双版纳州鼠疫流行态势严峻,应加强重点地区监测和防控,落实联防联控的综合防制措施,严防动物鼠疫和人间鼠疫发生。

A study on epidemic situation and control strategies of plague in the Xishuangbanna Dai Autonomous Prefecture

Objectives To study prevalence rule and trend of mouse plague in Xishuangbanna,to provide basis for control and prevention.Methods Data of plague surveillance and processing in Xishuangbanna were collected and analyzed.Results 34 cases of plague occurred in Xishuangbanna from 1992 to 2007,21 cases in Menghai County(61.76%),9 cases in Jinghong city(26.47%),4 cases in Mengla County(11.77%).225 strains of bacterium were detected.Crest-time was between July and August,3 human plague cases occurred.15 cases were reported with no death,the main source of infection was Rattus flavipectus,Xenopsylla cheopis was spreading media.Conclusion The epidemic situation of plague in Xishuangbanna is very severe,surveillance and control measures in key areas should be strengthen,the measure of joint prevention and control should be carried out to prevent plague occurs in human and animal.
