| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨前瞻性护理干预对脑出血急性期患者预防便秘的效果。方法:将102例有可能发生便秘的脑出血急性期患者随机分为预防组52例及对照组50例,两组患者均按脑出血常规护理,对照组一旦发生便秘即给予药物治疗及护理干预;预防组在入院时即采取前瞻性护理干预措施预防便秘。对比两组的护理效果。结果:患者发生排便费力、大便硬结、腹痛、腹胀、食欲不振、焦虑及并发症等预防组均明显低于对照组(P0.05)。结论:采取前瞻性护理干预措施能预防脑出血急性期患者便秘的发生,减轻了患者的痛苦,对减少并发症及促进疾病康复有重要意义。 |

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the prevention effect of advanced nursing intervention on constipation of the patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage.Methods：102 patients who suffered from acute cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into the experiment group（n=52） and the control group（n=50）,giving routine care to both two groups,and the experiment group received individual nursing intervention immediately after hospitalization on the basis of the usual care.Results：There were significant differences in the bowel movement situation and the constipation correlated responses between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：Advanced nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of constipation and promote rehabilitation in the patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage. |
