四逆散治疗功能性消化不良的神经元及神经递质实验研究

摘    要:
目的:观察四逆散对NOS阳性神经元,NO、Ach神经递质的影响,从而探明四逆散促胃动力作用及作用机理。方法:采用NADPH-黄递酶组化法染色显示大鼠胃窦部NOS阳性神经元,医学彩色图象分析仪图象定量分析;采用放射免疫法检测大鼠胃窦组织中NO,Ach含量。结果:四逆散组和阳性对照组大鼠胃窦黏膜肌内NOS阳性神经纤维及其末梢的面积及平均吸光度值较空白对照组明显降低,具有粉肠显著性差异(P〈0.01)。四逆散组及阳性对照组大鼠胃窦组织中NO含量明显减少,Ach含量增多,与空白对照组均有粉肠显著性差异(P〈0.01)。结论:四逆散可显著减少胃窦组织中NOS阳性神经元,降低NO含量并同时增加Ach的含量,从而促进胃肠运动,缓解胃肠动力障碍,治疗功能性消化不良。

Abstract:
Objective:To observe the infection of SiNiSan decoction to NOS nerve fiber and NO,Ach nerve transmitter of rat gastric antrum,prove SiniSan decoction could promotion the stomach and intestine motility, explore clear function mechanism of SiNiSan decoction.Methods:Adopt NADPH-diaphorase histochemistry dyeing display NOS nerve fiber of rat gastric antrum,medicine analysis apparatus quantitative analysis.Adopt radiation immunity method detect NO,Ach content of rat gastric antrum.Results:SiniSan decoction group and positve comparison group NOS posive nerve fiber area and average absorbance evident redLice compare with blank comparison group(P<0.01),SiNiSan decoction group and positive comparison group NO content evident reduce,Ach content evident increase compare with blank comparison group(P<0.01).Conclusion:SiNiSan decoction could evidence reduce NOS nerve fiber,reduce NO content,increase Ach content,consequently stimulate stomach and instestine motility.
