3种方案治疗下呼吸道感染的成本-效果分析

目的:探讨不同抗菌药物治疗方案对同一疾病所产生的经济效果。方法:110例下呼吸道感染患者随机分成3组,分别给予阿奇霉素(A组)、阿莫西林/舒巴坦(B组)、左氧氟沙星(C组)治疗10d ,运用成本-效果分析法进行评价。结果:A、B、C组成本分别为640.00、696.00、376.00元,总有效率分别为83.3%、85.7%、82.1%(P>0.05) ,成本-效果比分别为768.31、812.14、457.98。结论:C方案较佳。

Cost-Effectiveness Analysis of Three Therapeutic Schemes for Lower Respiratory Tract Infection

OBJECTIVE:To compare the pharmacoeconomic effects of three antibacterial drug therapies for the treatment of lower respiratory tract infection(LRTI).METHODS:A total of 110 LRTI patients were randomized to Group A(azithromyc-in),Group B(amoxicillin/sulbactam) or Group C(levofloxacin) with a course of treatment at 10 days for each Group.A cost-effectiveness analysis was conducted for the evaluation of the three schemes.RESULTS:The total costs of three schemes were 640.00 yuan,696.00 yuan and 376.00 yuan,respectively;the effective rate were 83.3%,85.7% and 82.1%,respectively(P>0.05);the cost-effectiveness ratios were 768.31,812.14 and 457.98,respectively.CONCLUSION:Scheme C was proved to be the best therapeutic regime.
