家庭辅助干预对脊髓损伤患者心理疗效和生理疗效的探讨

目的探讨家庭辅助干预对脊髓损伤患者心理健康和生理健康的影响。方法选取脊髓损伤患者164例,按入院时间分为观察组和对照组各82例;对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上实施一系列家庭辅助干预措施。结果观察组患者的脊髓独立功能评分、生活质量评分均高于对照组(P0.01),焦虑、抑郁评分及并发症发生率均低于对照组(P0.01)。结论家庭辅助干预能有效促进脊髓损伤患者的康复,改善生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

The psychological and physiological efficacy of family assistance intervention on patients with spinal cord injury

Objective To investigate the efficacy of family assistance intervention on psychological and physiological health of patients with spinal cord injury.Methods Totally,164 spinal cord injury patients were collected according to admission time,randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,the control group received routine care,the observation group received a series of family assistance intervention based on normal care.Results The spinal cord independent function score and life quality score of observation group were higher than the control group (P ＜ 0.01),while the anxietys score,depression score and occurrence incidence of complications were less than control group (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion Family assistance interventions can effectively promote the rehabilitation of patients with spinal cord injury,improve the quality of life,and worthy of clinical application.
