微信平台在儿童支气管哮喘管理中的应用研究

目的探讨微信平台在儿童支气管哮喘管理中的应用效果。方法选取在哮喘门诊就诊的支气管哮喘患儿75例,分为实验组39例和对照组36例。对照组接受常规门诊指导,实验组在对照组基础上运用微信平台对患儿进行管理,包括组建微信群、微信健康教育、在线咨询答疑、随访提醒和个案管理。比较两组患儿家长的疾病认知水平及患儿用药依从性和肺功能。结果运用微信平台对哮喘患儿进行管理后,实验组患儿家长的疾病认知水平提高,患儿用药依从性提高,患儿肺功能改善(P0.01)。结论微信平台能有效促进医患互动,提高工作效率,提高患儿及家长对儿童哮喘的认知水平,提升儿童哮喘管理水平,促进哮喘患儿疾病康复。

The application of WeChat platform in the management of bronchial asthma children

Objective To explore the application effect of WeChat platform in the management of bronchial asthma children.Methods Totally,75 bronchial asthma children were divided into experimental group (n =39) and control group (n =36).Control group were given the traditional outpatient guidance,experimental group received the management of WeChat on the basis of the control group,including setting up WeChat group,WeChat health education,online consultation,follow-up and case management.The cognitive level of disease in their parents,medication adherence and pulmonary function were compared after intervention.Results After intervention,the scores of the cognition level of disease their parents and medication adherence in experimental group were significantly higher than that in control group (P ＜ 0.01).The pulmonary function in experimental group was better than that in control group (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion WeChat platform can effectively promote the interaction among doctor and patient,and improve work efficiency.It also improve the cognitive and management level,and promote the rehabilitation of children with asthmatic.
