居家延续护理在早产儿出院后的应用研究

目的探讨居家延续护理干预对早产儿出院后生长发育的影响。方法选取2014年1月至12月新生儿重症监护室出院的230例早产儿为对照组,2015年1月至12月新生儿重症监护室出院的312例早产儿为观察组,对照组出院前给予常规护理,观察组采用居家延续护理服务,包括成立早产儿出院后居家延续护理小组、设置居家延续护理内容和实施居家延续护理方案。结果观察组早产儿在出院后3个月和6个月的身长、体质量和头围均大于对照组(P0.01)、观察组早产儿出院后7 d及30 d的门诊再就诊率和再入院率低于对照组(P0.01)。观察组家属对护理人员的满意度高于对照组(P0.05)。结论居家延续护理能促进早产儿出院后生长发育,减少出院后再次就诊率和再入院率,提高家属的满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Application of continuing nursing on premature infants after discharge

Objective To explore the influence of continuing nursing on premature infants after discharge.Method A total of 230 premature infants from January to December 2014 were selected as control group,which received traditional nursing.And 312 premature infants from January to December 2015 were selected as observation group,which received continuing nursing.The continuing nursing included establishing the continuing nurses group for premature infants after discharge,setting content of continuing nursing and implementing the continuing nursing plan.Results The height,body mass and head circumference of observation group were higher than those of control group(P ＜ 0.01).The rates of outpatient and readmission in 7 days and 30 days after discharge of observation group were lower than those of control group (P ＜0.01).The satisfactory to nurses of family member in observation group was higher than that in control group (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion The continuing nursing can improve the growth and development of premature infants,decrease the outpatient rate and readmission rate after discharge,and increase the satisfactory degree of infants'family,thus was worthy of popularizing.
