摘    要:
目的探讨员工援助计划服务对男护士职业价值观和职业认同感的影响。方法选取80名男护士通过进行团体辅导和个体心理咨询对其提供员工援助计划服务。干预前后采用护士职业价值观量表和职业认同感量表对其进行评定。结果干预后,男护士职业价值观和职业认同感评分均优于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论对男护士提供员工援助计划服务,能够促进其形成积极的职业价值观,提高职业认同感。

Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) on occupational values and professional identity of male nurses.Methods Totally,80 male nurses were selected to provide EAPs service by group counseling and individual counseling,and evaluated by the nurses'occupational values and occupational identity scale before and after the intervention.Results After intervention,the occupational values and occupational identity of the male nurses were significantly better than those before the intervention (P < 0.01).Conclusion The EAPs can help to form the positive" occupational values and improve the professional identity for male nurses.
