摘    要:目的:探讨开展中医药性理论研究的正确思维和合理方法,从中开拓有价值的研究思路。方法:在分析中药药性理论形成思路及中药研究现状的基础上,提出符合中医药理论及思维、融合现代技术和方法的见解和思路。结果:提出"性效同源"、药性的物质属性等观点;认为药性是物质的,是可以采用现代化学方法来认识的。提出"病证—效应—血清药物化学分析"的系统研究思路以及开展中药药性研究的切入点;认为在符合中医证候的动物模型上,采取药效与血清药化学相结合的方法,以"同源异用"中药为切入点开展中药药性理论研究是科学的。结论:中药药性理论研究应该以中医药理论为指导,以具体中药为研究对象,采用"病证—效应—血清药物化学分析"系统方法进行研究。

Abstract:Objective:to approach the correct thinking and reasonable method and to expand valuable research way.Method:it poses the theory and thought to fit Chinese medicine and poses the view and way to mix together the modern technology on the bases of analysis the Chinese medicine nature theory formation and the Chinese medicine research status quo.Result:the results were nature and effect isogeny,pharmacal material attribute.The nature of a drug was hylic and that could be known by modern chemistry method.The systematic research way of disorder-effective-serum pharmaceutical chemistry analysis and incisivus point of Chinese crude drug nature would be used in study.The syntenic method of pharmacodynamic action and serum pharmaceutical chemistry should be used on the basis of Chinese medical syndrome animal model.It was scientific to study the Chinese medical nature theory by isogeny but different application.Conclusion:the study of the Chinese medical nature theory should be guided by Chinese medical theory and the object should be specific Chinese crude drug and the disorder-effective-serum pharmaceutical chemistry analysis system should be used in the study.
