| 摘 要： | 目的减少牙源性皮瘘在皮肤科的误诊。方法分析了10例牙源性皮瘘患者就诊时的临床表现和既往的误诊情况。结果 10例因面部皮损到皮肤科就诊的牙源性皮瘘患者,经口腔科治疗牙病后,皮损均治愈。随访半年无复发。结论牙源性皮瘘应与多种皮肤病相鉴别。接诊时应详细询问病史,以减少误诊。

| Abstract: | Objective To reduce misdiagnosis of odontogenic cutaneous fistula in dermatology.Methods Clinical manifestation and misdiagnosis of 10 cases of odontogenic cutaneous fistula were analyzed.Results Ten cases were cured by stomatologist.No recurrence after half a year fellow-up.Conclusion Odontogenic cutaneous fistula should be distinguished from other dermatosis.The history of the disease should be investigated in details during the history taking to reduce misdiagnosis. |
