| 摘 要： | 免疫球蛋白E(IgE)在支气管哮喘发病中起关键作用。奥马珠单抗(omalizumab)是一种重组人源化抗IgE单克隆抗体,通过与游离IgE结合而显著降低游离IgE的水平,阻断IgE与肥大细胞、嗜碱粒细胞结合,防止炎症介质的释放。奥马珠单抗不但能够显著改善哮喘病人的症状、肺功能及生活质量,减少哮喘恶化的发作次数,减少糖皮质激素的用量,而且使用安全,哮喘病人耐受性良好,因此是一种前景广阔的治疗支气管哮喘的新药。

| Abstract: | Immunoglobulin E(IgE) plays a key role in bronchial asthma. Omalizumab is a recombinant humanised monoclonal anti-immunoglobulin E antibody which can significantly reduce the level of free IgE by binding with free IgE, block free IgE from attachment to mast cells and basophils and prevent the release of inflammatory mediators. Omalizumab not only significantly improves asthma symptoms,lung function and asthma-related quality of life (QOL)as well as reduces asthma exacerbations and corticosteroid consumption,but also is safe and well tolerated in patients with allergic asthma. It is a promising new drug for bronchial asthma. |
