| 摘 要： | 目的:研究胃康宁颗粒抗实验性溃疡的作用.方法:采用小鼠水浸应激法、大鼠幽门结扎法、醋酸致大鼠胃溃疡法建立动物胃溃疡模型,观察胃康宁颗粒对胃溃疡的保护作用;小鼠扭体法观察胃康宁颗粒的镇痛作用.以豚鼠肠道活动力为指标,观察胃康宁颗粒对回肠平滑肌收缩的影响;结扎幽门,观察胃康宁颗粒对大鼠胃液分泌的影响.结果:胃康宁颗粒对小鼠水浸应激性溃疡、结扎大鼠幽门引起的溃疡和醋酸致大鼠胃溃疡均有明显的保护作用,能降低大鼠胃溃疡指数,减少溃疡面积;可降低醋酸致小鼠扭体反应的次数;能兴奋豚鼠回肠平滑肌;显著减少总胃酸度和胃蛋白酶活性.结论:胃康宁颗粒具有抗实验性胃溃疡的作用.该作用可能与其减少总胃酸度和胃蛋白酶活性、解痉作用和镇痛作用有关. |
