| 摘 要： | 目的:通过论述药事服务费及其在推动静脉药物调配中心(Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Service,PIVAS)服务中的作用,建议各院推广PIVAS服务.方法:论述建立静脉药物调配中心的必要性、可行性以及药事服务费对PIVAS建立的推动作用.结果:药事服务费促进PIVAS的推广建立.结论:建议各院抓住医改时机,建立静脉药物调配中心.

| Abstract: | Objective： To advise generalizing Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Service（PIVAS） by introducing pharmaceutical service fee and its role on promoting P1VAS. Methods： Essentiality, feasibility of PIVAS and the role of pharmaceutical service fee in generalizing PIVAS were addressed. Results： Pharmaceutical service fee will promote PIVAS. Conclusion： We suggest that hospitals seize the chance of medical reform and establish PIVAS. |
