摘    要:目的:为了建立一种供临床实验室广泛应用的检测单核/巨噬细胞ADCC效应的实验方法。方法:选择CTLI2细胞作为靶细胞,制备出兔抗CTLI2细胞特异性抗血清,用单核细胞作为效应细胞,通过CTLI2细胞增殖结果检测单核细胞ADCC效应,并与传统检测方法^125I-UdR释放试验进行比较。结果:该方法较同位素试验方法更敏感。结论:细胞增殖法检测单核细胞ADCC效应准确、可靠。

Abstract:Objective:To create a method of detecting the ADCC effect of monocyte/macrophage in clinical laboratory.Methods:CTLL2 cells was selected as target cells to prepare the specific antiserum of rabbit.Monocytes act as effect cells.The ADCC effect of monocyte was detected by observing the proliferation of CTLL2 cells.This new method was also compared with the traditional method of 125 I UdR releasing test.Results:The method of cell proliferation is more sensitive than that of isotope releasing test.Conclusion:Using cell proliferation method to detect the ADCC effect of monocyte is stable and accurate.
