肾血管性高血压对血流动力学的影响

摘    要:
12例经腹主动脉——肾动脉造影及腹主动脉测压诊断的肾血管性高血压,用Swan-Ganz导管测定肺毛细血管压、右房压及肺动脉主干压力均在正常范围。热稀释法测定的心输出量降低,计算的外周总阻力增高。

Abstract:
This is a report of 12 cases of renovascular hypertension diagnosed by abdomi -nal aortography or selective renal arteriography, including 5 cases, of Takayasu disease, 6 cases of fibromuscular dysplasia and 1 case of atherosclerosis. Blood pressure was measured by means of catheter in abdominal aorta. Swan-Ganz catheter was used to measure pulmonary wedge pressure( PWP) and pressure in right atrium and main pulmonary artery(RAP and PAP), and cardiac output was measured by thermodilution method. It was found that the PWP, RAPand PAP were normal, all the cases significantly showed decrease in cardiac index and stroke index, and increase in total peripheral resistance index.
