生物型双极人工股骨头置换治疗高龄股骨颈骨折的疗效观察

目的观察双极人工股骨头置换治疗老年人股骨颈骨折的疗效。方法回顾性分析应用双极人工股骨头置换治疗16例老年股骨颈骨折患者的临床资料。按Garden分型：Ⅱ型1例,Ⅲ型10例,Ⅳ型5例。结果平均手术时间75min,术中平均出血量200ml。16例患者均获随访,随访时间15～36个月,平均22个月;按Harris髋关节功能评分标准：优12例,良2例,可1例,差1例,优良率为87.5%结论双极人工股骨头置换术是治疗高龄老年股骨颈骨折的良好方法,可在临床推广应用。

Analysis of treatment of femoral neck fracture in the elderly patients with bipolar hemiarthroplasty

Objective To investigate the clinical outcome of hemiarthroplasty on femoral neck fracture in elder people.Methods 16 elderly patients of over seventy-five years old with femoral neck fracture were operated with bipolar prosthetic replacement.The fracture type was Garden Ⅱ,Ⅲ or Ⅳ.All the patients underwent the hip hemiarthroplasty of domestic prosthesis,were followed up for 15 month to 36 month with an average of 22 month.The Harris＇s hip score system after operation was adopted for the follow-up.Results Of the 16 patients,the mean time for operation was 75 minute,the mean blood loss was 200 ml.According to the Harris＇s scoring system,there were 18 excellent or good（87.5%） in bipolar prosthetic replacement group.Conclusions The bipolar prosthetic replacement are reasonable choice for treatment of fracture of femoral neck in the elderly.
