芦笋及核桃仁抗衰老作用比较

摘    要:
采用动物实验方法研究芦笋提取液及核桃仁的抗衰老作用。实验表明:芦笋提取液能显著抑制小鼠肝、脑组织中脂质过氧化物的生成(P〈0.05及P〈0.01);核桃仁可使小鼠血浆及脑组织中脂质过氧化物生成量明显下降(P〈0.01),与对照组比较差异均有显著性;芦笋及核桃仁对红细胞超氧物歧化酶活力改变差异无显著性(P〉0.05)。

Abstract:
The antiaging effects of asparagus(asparagus officinalis)and juglans(juglans regiaL) extracts were studied experimentally on mice.The results showed that the production of lipidperoxides (LPO)in liver and brain of mice were inhibited by asparagus (P< 0.05 and P<0.0l)and the LPO content in serum and brain also decreased remarkably in juglans created mice(P<0. 0l).The difference between the results and control group shows significance statistically. Butthe change in activity of superoxide dismutase in RBC was not significant,P>0.05.
