| 摘 要： | 上海市肿瘤登记报告计算机管理系统的目标是围绕肿瘤病例报告和病人管理的实际工作需要，将市、区县疾控中心的肿瘤病例报告业务流程实现电子化，建立一个高效、可靠与安全的数据库系统，实现病例资料在各区县之间实时传递，动态更新，采用最新的国际疾病分类系统（中文版ICD－10肿瘤部分和ICD－0）。该系统的特点是采用网络WEB页面的工作方式，充分考虑系统的安全性，实现中文版的肿瘤疾病分类编码系统输入、检索和转换，多种管理辅助功能的实现大大减轻日常统计分析工作量。

| Abstract: | The objective of The Shanghai Cancer Registry Information System is to manage the whole cancer registry in the three_level disease control network with computer system, to establish an effective and reliable database, to accomplish data exchange and renew among different places in real time, to classify cancer with ICD_10 and ICD_0 (Chinese Version). This computer system provides different web pages to different users in the three level network, and takes measures to ensure the security of the system. This system also accomplished the disease classification, index and conversion with ICD_9, ICD_10 and ICD_O. The application of computer administration function can decrease daily work considerably. |
