试谈外感病中体质与六淫的从化关系

在外感病中,由于人的体质与六淫的性质都具有阴阳不同的两种属性,故当六淫邪气侵袭肌体之后,邪正博弈,病理性质往往发生了不同的变化,临床有3种从化类型：1）邪从质化;2）质从邪化（只在某一特定阶段）;3）质邪从化。而质邪从化也有3种基本证型：1）质异邪异证相异;2）质异邪同证亦异;3）质近邪同证相似。

Man＇s physical constitution and six pathogen belong to yin or yang in nature,therefore when an exogenous disease occurs,,one or more pathogen competes with the healthy qi of the body,that leads to various pathological changes：1） evil pathogen transforms according to constitution;2） constitution transfoms according to evil pathogen only at specific stage;3） transformation of both constitution and pathogen：1） different constitution and different pathogen leads to different syndrome;2） different constitution and same pathogen leads to different syndrome;3） similar constitution and same pathogen leads to similar syndrome.
