| 摘 要： | 通过对高血压病、冠心病、脑梗塞、糖尿病及正常对照组血浆纤维蛋白原（Ｆｉｂｒｉｎｏｇｅｎ，Ｆｇ）含量分析。结果显示：高血压组、冠心组、脑梗组及糖尿病组患者Ｆｇ含量较正常对照组极显著升高（Ｐ＜０．０１），同时与血液流变学、血小板聚集及血脂等诸因素进行回归分析，发现Ｆｇ与血液粘度、血沉、血小板聚集之间呈显著正相关（Ｐ＜０．０１），并就其对疾病的影响和观察意义进行讨论。 |

| Abstract: | A comparative study on the level of plasma fibrinogen in patients with hypertension,coronary heart disease,cerebral embolism and diabetes mellitus with those in normal controlgroup was carried out.The results showed that the level of plasma fibringogen in the abovepatients was significantly higher than that in normal control group(P<0.001).Regressionanalyses of blood rheology,platelet aggregation,blood lipid were made,significantlypositive coorelation was found between fibrinogen and blood viscosity,ESR,plateletaggregation(P<0.01).The effect of fibrinogen on various diseases and the significance ofthis study have been discussed. |
