手工劳作治疗对提高精神分裂症住院患者生活质量的效果评价

目的探讨手工劳作治疗对精神分裂症住院患者生活质量的影响。方法将患者分成手工治疗组21例和常规精神科治疗组42例,手工劳作治疗组除精神科常规治疗外给予8周手工劳作,以GQOLI-74评定两组生活质量的改变。结果手工劳作8周后,患者在除住房、社区服务、生活环境和经济状况外的其他16个因子分、躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能三个维度分和总分上,均明显高于手工治疗前(,P<0.05,P<0.01),与常规精神科治疗组比较,除住房、社区服务、经济状况3个因子分及物质生活状态维度分外,其他各项得分均有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论手工劳作治疗有利于提高精神分裂症住院患者的生活质量。

Evaluation of the effect of the treatment of manual operations on the quality of life of Schizophrenic in-patients.

Objective: To explore the effect of the treatment of manual operations on the quality of life of Schizophrenic in-patients. Methods: The patients were divided into treatment group (n=21) and control group (n=42). The patients in the treatment group were given 8-week manual operations besides routine treatment and the change of quality of life of patients of the two groups was evaluated by GQOLI-74. Results: The scores of 16 out of 20 factors were apparently higher and quality of their life was obviously improved after treatment (P<0.05;P<0.01). 3 dimensions in the treatment group, except for housing, community health service and economic conditions, were significantly different from that in the control group (P<0.05;P<0.01). Conclusion: The treatment of manual operations can effectively increase the quality of life of in-patients with Schizophrenia.
