| 摘 要： | 目的 制订复方两面针含片的质量标准。方法 用薄层色谱法鉴别薄荷油、山豆根和两面针；用气相色谱法测定薄荷脑的含量。结果 平均回收率为９９．１２％，ＲＳＤ为２．２２％（ｎ＝６）。定性定量方法简便，准确，专属性强。结论 建立的方法可控制复方两面针含片的质量。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:Toestablish the quality standards for Compound Liangmianzhen Tablets. Method:Oleum Menthae, Radix Sophorae Subprostratae and Radix Zanthoxyli in Compound Liangmianzhen Tablets were identified by TLC. The content of methol in Compound Liangmianzhen Tablets was determined by GC with an average recovery of 99.12% and RSD of 2.22%(n=6).Result:These methods are simple and accurate with a strong specificity.Conclusion:These methods can be used for the quality control of Compound Liangmianzhen Tablets. |
