| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨电视胸腔镜手术治疗肺部肿物的适应证及手术方法。方法:回顾性分析75例肺部肿物的临床资料,电视胸腔镜(VATS)29例,电视胸腔镜辅助小切口手术(VAMT)46例。结果:无手术死亡,术后并发肺部感染2例,胸腔积液1例,经胸管中注入高渗糖或滑石粉后痊愈出院。结论:电视胸腔镜手术治疗肺部肿物安全、可靠,电视胸腔镜辅助小切口手术对诊断为肺癌的病例可同时进行淋巴结清扫。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the indication and operative metheod of video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery for pulmonary lumps.Methods: Data of 75 patients with pulmonary lumps treated by video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery(VATS)(29 cases)and video-assisted mini-thoracotomy(VAMT)(46 cases) were analyzed retrospectively.Results: No death occurred.2 patients complicated pulmonary infection,1 case had postoperative pleural effusion and was cured by treated using hyperosmotic glucose or talc through drainage tube;other patients discharged with satisfaction.Conclusion: VATS for pulmonary lumps is safe and reliable;VAMT may do lymphadenectomy in lung carcinoma. |
