摘    要:
目的 探讨影响类风湿关节炎 (RA)影像学病情进展的相关因素。方法 对 4 1例使用改善病情的抗风湿药物 (DMARDs)治疗的 RA患者双手相 X线进展情况进行 2~ 9a随访 ,采用多因素 L ogistic回归分析性别、发病年龄、病程、起病关节、关节外表现、类风湿因子、抗核抗体、抗核周抗体、抗鼠食管角质层抗体、抗RA33抗体、HL A - DRB1* 0 4等位基因等因素与 RA影像学病情进展的关系。结果  L ogistic回归分析显示DRB1* 0 4与 RA影像学病情进展具有相关性 (P=0 .0 35 )。结论  HL A- DRB1等位基因可作为估计 RA病情及预后的指标

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the correlation factors on imaging nosographical progression in rheumatoid arthritis (RA).Methods Forty-one cases of RA who had received disease modifying anti-rheumatic drugs (DMARDs) treatment were studied.All of them had taken bimanual X-ray photographs and had been followed up for 2~9 years.Using multivariate logistic regression analyses to analyze the factors on imaging nosographical progression in RA such as sex,onset age,disease duration,onset joint,extraarticular manifestation,rheumatoid factor (RF),antinuclear antibodies (ANA),antiperinuclear factor (APF),anti-keratin antibodies (AKA),anti-RA33 antibodies and HLA-DRB1*04 alleles.Results Multivariate logistic regression analyses showed that DRB1*04 alleles were associated with the imagine nosographical feature of RA (P=0.035).Conclusion DRB1 alleles genotyping may be useful in evaluating the disease severity and prognosis of RA.
