| 摘 要： | Hedgehog(Hh)信号通路与人类多种肿瘤的发生密切相关,已有研究报道Hh通路在大肠癌的发生、转移和治疗中均起到重要作用.目前在大肠癌组织和细胞中都检测到了Hh通路相关成员的高表达,抑制此通路后大肠癌细胞的侵袭和转移能力明显降低,以Hh通路为靶点治疗大肠癌已成为当前研究的热点.

The role of Hedgehog pathway in colorectal cancer |

| Abstract: | Hedgehog (Hh) signaling pathway is closely associated with the development of various types of human tumors.Recent studies have reported that Hh pathway plays an important role in oncogenesis,metastasis and therapy of colorectal neoplasms.Currently, Hh signals have been detected highly expressed in colorectal cancer tissues and cells.Inhibition of this pathway can deeply restrain the invasion and metastasis of colorectal cancer cells.And it has become a hot topic that Hh pathway is used as a target in the treatment of colorectal cancer. |
