摘    要:
炎症性肠病(IBD)具有遗传异质性,许多免疫调制分子基因的突变可导致炎症发生.转基因和基因敲除动物模型带动了自发性结肠炎动物模型的发展.基因工程动物模型的研究有利于建立新的假说并可能为IBD患者提供新的治疗方法.

Abstract:
Inflammation arises from a number of mutations of immunomodulatory molecules,supporting the concept of genetic heterogeneity for IBD.Transgenic or knockout of specific genes have led to the development of rodent models of spontaneous colitis.The results obtained from experimental models have generated new hypotheses and suggested novel forms of therapy for IBD patients.
