| 摘 要： | 目的探讨糖皮质激素在几种病因所致幔性咳嗽治疗中的特异性疗效。方法对咳嗽变异性哮喘（cVA）、鼻后滴流综合征（PNDs）、嗜酸性粒细胞性支气管炎（EB）所致的慢性咳嗽患者用糖皮质激素进行治疗分析。结果CVA20例、PNDS34例、EB8例的患者经糖皮质激素特异性治疗后，有效以上（含显效）分另q为95％（19／20）、94．1％（32／34）和87．5％（7／8），缓解共为4例。无无效病例。结论CVA、PNDS、EB是慢性咳嗽的主要病因，糖皮质激素特异性治疗效果良好。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the specific effect of glucocerticoid in treating the chronic coughs with different causes. Methods The patients with chronic coughs caused by cough variant asthma （CVA） （20 cases）, postnasal drip syndrome （PNDS） （34 cases） and eosinophilie bronchitis （EB） （8 cases） received the treatment of glucocorticoid, and the curative effect was analyzed. Results The effective rate of thc 20 CVA cases was 95% （19/20）, that of the 34 PNDS cases was 94.1% （32/34） and that of the 8 EB cases was 87. 5% （7/8） ; 4 patients showed symptom relieves and no case was found to have no effect. Conclusions CVA, PNDS and EB are the main causes of chronic cough, and glucocorticeid is of specific curative effect on chronic cough. |
