摘    要:研究LifePort持续低温灌注保存中国公民逝世后器官捐献(CDCD)供肾的优势。南华大学附属第二医院及中南大学湘雅三医院2015年1月~2015年12月完成的CDCD案例26例,随机将每例供者双肾一侧肾脏用LifePort持续低温灌注(LifePort组,n=26),另一侧肾脏使用普通冷藏保存(普通冷藏组,n=26),然后进行同种异体肾脏移植手术,术后检测不同时间段受者血清sICAM-1、SOD、MDA含量;观察受者Cr、Cys C值以及两组受者术后DGF发生率。术后LifePort组患者血清中sICAM-1峰值、MDA活性、Cr值、Cys C值及DGF发生率均明显低于普通冷藏组;SOD活性峰值明显高于普通冷藏组。LifePort对CDCD供肾的保存效果明显优于传统的普通冷藏保存。

Abstract:To observe the advantage and summarize the experience in the use of LifePort of saving kidney of Chinese donation after cardiac death(CDCD).In this experiment,26 CDCD cases were selected from the Second Affiliated Hospital of South China University and third Affiliated Hospital of Xiangya Medical School during January,2015 to December,2015.Saving one side of kidneys randomly by LifePort(LifePort team,n=26),saving the other side by communis cold storage(Cold storage team,n=26),then performing homogeneity variant renal transplantation.All cases received anti-rejection treatment.During this period,detecting serum sICAM-1,SOD,MDA and the value of creatinine and Cys C by double antibody sandwich ELISA to observe the rate of DGF.The serum sICAM-1 peak,serum MDA activity,Cr leverl,Cys C level and DGF incidence happened after renal transplantation were lower in postoperative LifePort patients than that in common cold storage group;SOD activity peak was significantly higher than ordinary refrigeration group.The preservation effect of LifePort on CDCD was significantly better than that of conventional storage.
