| 摘 要： | 解放军第309医院运用医院系统工程理论，认真分析医护人员不断发生SARS感染的根本原因，并用实践证明了科学的管理可以实现医护人员“零感染”，提出如何避免恶性循环的发生机理，强调管理的紧迫性和科学性，并提出预防及控制对策。

An Analysis of the Causes of SARS Infection Among Medical Staffs and the Basic Strategies for Realizing Zero Infection |

| Abstract: | No.309 hospital of the People's Liberation Army apply the system theory to carry out analysis of the fundamental causes of continuing infection SARS among medical staffs,the evidence shows that the objective of zero infection can be reached through scientific management.Put forward the mechanism of break the vicious circle,stress the urgency of scientific management,and also put forward strategies for SARS prevention and control. |
