脂氧素A_4对颅脑损伤伴失血性休克心肌损伤保护作用的实验研究

摘    要:目的观察脂氧素A4(LXA4)对颅脑损伤伴失血性休克(TBIS)大鼠心肌损伤的保护作用。方法Wistar大鼠36只,随机分成假手术组(C组)、TBIS模型组和LXA4治疗组,每组12只。对大鼠血清丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及磷酸肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)进行检测;采用TTC染色法对心肌梗死区及心肌缺血区进行测定,计算心肌梗死面积;病理切片观察心肌炎性细胞浸润。结果与C组比较,TBIS组血清MDA、CK水平及心肌梗死面积明显升高(P<0.01),而SOD水平明显下降(P<0.01),心肌炎性细胞浸润增加;LXA4治疗组血清MDA、CK-MB水平及心肌梗死面积较TBIS组明显下降(P<0.01),而SOD水平明显升高(P<0.01),心肌炎性细胞浸润减少。结论 LXA4治疗可减轻TBIS大鼠心肌损伤,可能与其减轻脂质过氧化和自由基损伤有关。

Protective effects of Lipoxin A4 on myocardial injury in rats with traumatic brain injury associated with hemorrhagic shock

Abstract:Objective To investigate the protective effects of Lipoxin A4 (LXA4) on myocardial injury in rats with traumatic brain injury and hemorrhagic shock(TBIS). Method Thirty-six male Wistar rats were assigned randomly into 3 groups (n=12 in each): sham operation group (C),TBIS model group and LXA4 pretreatment group. The serum levels of malondialdehyde (MDA),superoxide dismutase (SOD) and creatine phosphate kinase isoenzyme (CK-MB) were detected. The myocardial infarct size was calculated and the inflammatory infiltration in the myocardium was also observed. Results Compared with group C,the serum levels of MDA and CK-MB,the myocardial infarct size and the inflammatory infiltration in the myocardium were significantly higher,and the levels of SOD was lower in group TBIS. Compared with group TBIS,the serum levels of MDA and CK-MB,the myocardial infarct size and the inflammatory infiltration in the myocardium were significantly lower,and the levels of SOD was higher in group LXA4. Conclusion The supplementation of LXA4 can ameliorate myocardial injury in rats with TBIS which may contribute to the inhibition of peroxide injury and oxygen free radicals.
