摘    要:目的探索医学本科的全科医学实习教学模式。方法广州医学院自2000年起增设全科医学专业方向,并在实习阶段设置3个月的全科医学实习,探讨全科医学实习教学模式。结果在8年的教学实践中逐步建立起有效的全科医学实习教学模式,制定了一套切实可行的教学方法和管理制度,使学生在实践中具备扎实、全面的全科医学知识和技能。结论"多要素"合一的实习教学模式对推动全科医学教学有积极的意义,值得推广。

Research and Experience on Clinical Practice Model of General Practice Teaching

Abstract:Objective To explore the model of general practice teaching in clinical medicine students. Methods Three mouths of general practice teaching were performed in the clinical practice from the year 2000. Results During the past eight years of teaching practice, we have set up step by step an effective teaching model, teaching methods and strict administrative sys- tem. The general practice knowledge and technique of students were improved. Conclusion The multifactor combination teaching model will have far-reaching effect upon the development of the general practice teaching,and is worth extending.
