甘桔汤加味治疗小儿喉源性咳嗽临床分析

目的:观察甘桔汤加味治疗小儿喉源性咳嗽的疗效。方法:治疗组36例用甘桔汤加味(甘草、桔梗、木蝴蝶、胖大海)治疗,对照组24例用头孢克洛干混悬剂及蜜炼川贝枇杷膏治疗,治疗7~14天。结果:治疗组治愈率80.6%、总有效率88.9%,对照组治愈率41.7%、总有效率70.8%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论:甘桔汤加味治疗小儿喉源性咳嗽效果显著。

Clinical Analysis on Laryngeal Cough in Children Treated by Glycyrrhiza and Balloonflower Decoction with Additional Integrants

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect on laryngeal cough in children treated by Glycyrrhiza and Balloonflower Decoction with additional integrants.Method：36 cases were treated by Glycyrrhiza and Balloonflower Decoction with additional integrants as the study group while 24 cases were treated by cefaclor for suspension and Milian Chuanbei Pipa Gao as the control group.Both groups were treated for 7～14 days.Result：In the study group,the curative rate was 80.6% and the total effective rate was 88.9%.In the control group,the curative rate was 41.7% and the total effective rate was 70.8%.There were very siginificant diffence between the two groups（P0.01）.Conclusion：Glycyrrhiza and Balloonflower Decoction with additional integrants has significant effect on laryngeal cough in children.
