| 摘 要： | 告知义务是医务人员医疗行为中的重要环节。艾滋病的特殊性，使得实际工作中会面临多种多样的生物及社会问题。结合医学、法律、人文等相关内容，在艾滋病的预防与治疗方面，研究医疗行为——告知理论与实务，以期开创医患新境界，提高医务人员职业素养。

| Abstract: | Objective The obligation of medical staff in medical behaviors is an important link for HIV/AIDS informing. Because of the specificity of AIDS, clinical work faces with a variety of biological and social issues. Com- bined with the medical, legal, human ethics and other related theories, in terms of AIDS prevention and treatment, researches should be done on medical behaviors of inform theory and practice, with a view to create a new realm of doctor-patient relationship and enhance medical personnel occupation accomplishment. |
