| 摘 要： | 目的构建新形势下医院优质护理服务体系。方法成立优质护理服务示范工程活动领导小组,拟定具体实施方案,构建了以＂强化护理服务理念、夯实基础护理、创新管理机制、完善保障体系＂为主要内容的医院优质护理服务体系。结果住院患者对护理服务满意率达99.62%、对护理技术的满意率达99.73%,较2009年同期有较大提高;优质护理服务示范病房的创建,提高了护士对工作环境、工作方式的满意度及医生对护理工作的满意度。结论优质护理服务体系的构建与实践夯实了基础护理、保障了护理安全、增进了护患和谐,进一步推动了护理学科的发展。
