MMP-9和CD44V6基因蛋白在卵巢浆液性肿瘤中的表达及意义

目的探讨MMP-9和CD44V6的表达与卵巢浆液性肿瘤侵袭和转移的关系。方法应用流式细胞免疫法定量检测MMP-9和CD44V6在45例卵巢浆液性肿瘤中的表达。结果MMP-9在卵巢浆液性癌中的表达明显高于卵巢浆液性瘤(P<0.05),且与卵巢浆液性癌组织分级和临床分期密切相关(P<0.05)。CD44V6在卵巢浆液性癌中的表达明显高于卵巢浆液性瘤(P<0.05),且与卵巢浆液性癌组织分级和临床分期密切相关(P<0.05)。MMP-9和CD44V6在卵巢浆液性癌中的表达密切相关(P<0.05)。结论卵巢浆液性癌中MMP-9和CD44V6的高表达促进了癌的侵袭和转移,MMP-9和CD44V6在卵巢浆液性癌中的表达有相关性。提示MMP-9和CD44V6的共同检测可作为诊断和判断预后的参考指标。

The expressions of MMP-9 and CD44V6gene protein in ovarian serous tumors and their clinical significance

Objective To probe into the relationship between MMP-9, CD44V6 expression and invasion, mestastasis of ovarian serous tumors. Method The expressions of MMP-9 and CD44V6 gene protein in 45 cases with ovarian serous tumors were detected quantitatively by flow cytometry (FCM). Result Expression of MMP-9 protein found in ovarian serous carcinomas was significantly more than that in ovarian serous cystadenomas (P<0.05). It can be stated that expression of MMP-9 was correlated with histological grade and clinical stage(P<0.05). Expression of CD44V6 protein found in ovarian serous carcinomas was significantly more than that in ovarian serous cystadenomas (P<0.05). It can be stated that expression of CD44V6 was correlated with histological grade and clinical stage(P<0.05). In 23 cases of ovarian serous carcinomas, the FI of MMP-9 protein was significantly correlated inversely with that of CD44V6 (r=0.89, P=0.02<0.05). Conclusion The high level of MMP-9 and CD44V6 may be linked with ovarian serous tumor invasion and mestastasis, the expression of MMP-9 protein is significantly correlated with that of CD44V6. The expressions of MMP-9 and CD44V6 may be a indication of invasion and metastasis and a strong predictor of poor survival.
