奥沙利铂周围神经毒性防治的研究进展

奥沙利铂是常用的抗肿瘤药物,在多种恶性肿瘤尤其是胃肠道肿瘤中应用广泛,但剂量限制性周围神经毒性使其临床应用明显受限。该毒性可能与钠通道异常、铂成分积累有关,目前对该毒性尚无标准的防治方法,钙镁合剂、还原型谷胱甘肽以及谷氨酰胺等药物可能有一定的防治作用,但疗效不尽人意,更好的防治方法有待进一步探讨。
