| 摘 要： | 妊娠期高血压疾病是妊娠期特有的疾病,是常见的严重危害母婴健康的妊娠并发症,目前其发病机制尚未完全阐明。大量的研究表明,妊娠期高血压疾病是一种多基因遗传病。近年来,随着免疫学和分子生物学技术的迅速发展,妊娠期高血压疾病的病因学研究在基因水平取得巨大进展。现对近来的研究发现进行总结,就妊娠期高血压疾病相关基因的研究现状予以综述。 |
