| 摘 要： | 目的：观察丹参多酚酸盐对不稳定型心绞痛患者同型半胱氨酸水平的影响。方法：61例患者随机分为治疗组（常规治疗加丹参多酚酸盐）和对照组（常规治疗），观察治疗前后同型半胱氨酸水平、低密度脂蛋白及超敏C反应蛋白的变化情况。结果：治疗组在降低同型半胱氨酸（p〈0．05）、低密度脂蛋白（p〈0．05）及超敏C反应蛋白（p〈0．05）优于常规治疗组。结论：丹参多酚酸盐能降低不稳定性心绞痛患者同型半胱氨酸水平、低密度脂蛋白及超敏C反应蛋白水平。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of Salt from Salvia Miltiorrhiza on the level of homocysteine in unstable angina patients. Medthods 61 patients randomly divided into 2 groups：The treatment group was given salt from Salvia miltiorrhiza and conventional therapy,the control group was given conventional therapy.To observe changes of the level of homoeysteine, low density lipoprotein, supersensitive C-reactive protein after treatment in two groups. Result The levels of homocysteine, low density lipoprotein, supersensitive C-reactive protein were lower in the treatment group after treatment than that in the conventional therapy group （p〈0.05）.Conelusion The levels of homoeysteine, low density lipoprotein, and supersensitive C-reactive protein were decreased after treated with Salt from Salvia miltiorrhiza in unstable angina patients. |
