滋肾宁神方提取工艺安神药效筛选研究

摘    要:目的:筛选滋肾宁神方的提取工艺。方法:通过小鼠自主活动实验及睡眠实验,对水提、醇提、水提醇沉、部分水提部分醇提等4种不同提取工艺进行筛选。结果:水提醇沉工艺提取物可显著减少小鼠自主活动,明显延长阈下剂量戊巴比妥钠致小鼠入睡;水提工艺提取物可明显延长阈剂量戊巴比妥钠致小鼠睡眠时间。4种工艺提取物均可提高小鼠入睡率,其中水提醇沉工艺提取物对小鼠入睡率的提高最显著。结论:选择水提醇沉工艺为滋肾宁神方的提取工艺。

Abstract:Objective: To select the extraction technigues for Zishen Ningshen decoction. Method: By the experiment of locomotor activity and sleep in mice, four extraction techniques, i.e. water-extraction, alcohol-extraction, water-extraction with alcohol-precipitation, water-extraction and partial alcohol-extraction, were evaluated. Result: The extracts of water-extraction and alcohol-precipitation and water-extraction could significantly decrease the locomotor activity, significantly prolong the sleeping time induced by the under-threshold doses pentobarbital sodium, and the extract of partial water-extraction with partial alcohol-extraction could significantly prolong the sleeping time induced by the threshold doses pentobarbital sodium; and the four extracts all could improve the sleeping rate of the mice, among which water-extraction with alcohol-precipitation extract performed best. Conclusion: The water-extraction alcohol-precipitation was selected as the extraction technique for Zishen Ningshen decoction.
