摘    要:
色素上皮衍生因子(PEDF)是一种多功能蛋白,具有神经营养、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗新生血管等多种功能。近年来有研究表明,PEDF在糖尿病微血管病变中发挥重要作用,它通过抗氧化效应抑制活性氧簇的表达延缓了糖尿病微血管病的发生发展。因此,对PEDF抗氧化效应的深入研究有利于了解PEDF与糖尿病微血管病的关系,PEDF可能成为临床治疗的一种新方向。

Abstract:
Pigment epithelium-derived factor(PEDF)is a glycoprotein famous for its complex neurotrophic,antineoplastic,anti-oxidative and anti-angiogenic properties.Recent studies show that PEDF play an important role in diabetic microangiopathy,which inhibits the expression of reactive oxygen species by its antioxidant effect,thereby delays the development of diabetic microangiopathy.Therefore,intensive study of PEDF′s antioxidant effects is conducive to the understanding of the relationship between PEDF and diabetic microangiopathy;PEDF may become a new target for clinical treatment.
