新疆两地州(市)艾滋病病毒感染者/艾滋病病人子女艾滋病感染状况及既往检测状况调查

目的掌握新疆两地州(市)艾滋病病毒感染者/艾滋病病人(HIV/AIDS病人)子女艾滋病感染状况及既往检测状况,为今后有针对性地制定防治措施提供科学依据。方法以新疆乌鲁木齐市和伊犁哈萨克自治州16个县(市/区)HIV/AIDS病人子女659名作为研究对象,获得HIV/AIDS病人或其家属知情同意后行问卷调查和咨询,并采血检测。结果 659名HIV/AIDS病人子女中,15名HIV检测阳性(2.28%),既往做过艾滋病检测者429人(65.1%),HIV/AIDS病人子女的家长知道自身检测结果者494人(78.2%)。乌鲁木齐市与伊犁哈萨克自治州及维吾尔族与其他民族HIV/AIDS病人子女既往HIV检测状况差异均有统计学意义,维吾尔族HIV/AIDS病人子女的家长与其他民族、HIV抗体阴性结果子女的家长与阳性结果子女的家长知道自身检测结果比较,差异均有统计学意义。结论新疆两地州(市)HIV/AIDS病人子女艾滋病既往检测率、HIV/AIDS病人子女家长的检测率低,应进一步落实新疆"逢孕必检"的措施,加强对HIV/AIDS病人及其家庭的健康教育,提高对艾滋病知识的认知程度,深化干预策略。

Investigation of AIDS infection status and previous detection status among children of adults living with HIV/AIDS in two states of Xinjiang

Objective To master the acquired immunodeficiency syndrome(AIDS) infection status and previous detection status among children of adults living with HIV/AIDS in two states of Xinjiang,in order to provide scientific basis for prevention and control measures in future.Methods With children of adults living with HIV/AIDS as the research object in 16 counties of Urumqi and Yili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture in Xinjiang.After questionnaire investigation and consultation,obtained HIV/AIDS patients or their families′ informed consent and then did the blood testing.Results During 659 children of adults living with HIV/AIDS,15 respondents tested positive for HIV(2.28%).With 429(65.1%) children of adults living with HIV/AIDS previously done AIDS testing,and 494(78.2%) parents knew their test results.The differences of previous detection status among children of adults living with HIV/AIDS between Urumqi and Yili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture,Uygur with other nationalities were statistical significance.There were statistically significant differences on parents′ acknowledge on their detection results between Uygur and other nationalities,children with HIV antibody negative results and with a positive result.Conclusion The AIDS detection rate among children of adults living with HIV/AIDS and the AIDS detection rate of their parents in two states of Xinjiang is far lower,we should taken the further implement measures of "every pregnancy will check" in Xinjiang,enhance the health education of HIV/AIDS patients and their families,improve the knowledge level and deepen pair intervention level of AIDS.
