应用尿激酶介入性治疗急性脑血栓疗效观察

为评价急性闭塞性脑血管病所致的缺血性脑中风经选择性脑动脉内溶栓治疗后血管再通及神经功能障碍恢复效果，本文通过股动脉穿刺，采用Ｓｅｌｄｉｎｇｅｒｓ法将导管选择性插至脑动脉造影并溶栓治疗１９例急性脑梗塞患者，尿激酶用量２５万单位至１００万单位。结果：本组１９例急性脑梗塞病例闭塞血管影像学再通８９．５％（１７／１９），神经功能障碍恢复率８９．５％（１７／１９），其中治愈率３６．８％（７／１９），显效４２．１％（８／１９），有效１０．５％（２／１９），无效１０．５％（２／１９）。提示：急性脑梗塞的脑动脉内溶栓疗法是一种有价值的治疗手段，特别对早期脑梗塞疗效较好，其预后与发病时间及闭塞部位有密切关系。

Clinical Observation on The Treatment of Acute Cerebral Thrombolysis by Interventional Perfusion of Urokinase

The effects of selective interaventional thrombolysis on the recovery rate were evaluated in hospitalized patients who suffered from acute cerebral thromsis in present paper.19 patients have recieved such a therapy (by Seldinger's method) and selective intraaterial DSA. In individual therapy for each patients, the range of urokinase dosage was from 250 000 IU to 1 000 000 IU RESULTS: The recovery rates in imagiology and of neurologic dediciency were 89 5%(17/19),in which 36.8% cured, 42.1% obviously effective, 10.5% improved, 10.5% failed.SUGGESTMENT:The intraaterial thrombolysis is a kind of effective therapies, especialy for there who suffered from acute cerebral thromsis. The prognosis is closedly associated with the duration of onset and the site of thrombsis
