| 摘 要： | 目的:研究子宫肌瘤发病的相关危险因素,为其预防提供理论依据。方法:对2008年5月至2011年5月我校健康体检发现的子宫肌瘤患者102例的临床资料采用1∶1病例对照研究进行调查,并采用SPSS 11.5软件进行多因素非条件Logistic回归模型分析子宫肌瘤发病的相关危险因素。结果与结论:子宫肌瘤发病与月经紊乱、流产≥2次、阴道炎、盆腔炎、宫颈炎和亲属有子宫肌瘤史有关。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyse the risk factors of uterine myoma,and provide the theory basis for prevention of uterine myoma.Methods:The clinical data of 102 cases with uterine myoma found in health examination from May,2008 to May,2011 were analysed by 1∶1 matched case-control study.The risk factors of uterine fibroids were analysed by many factors unconditional Logistic regression model.Results and Conclusion:Disorders of menstruation,abortion more than 2 times,vaginitis,cervicitis,pelvic inflammatory disease,relatives of uterine fibroids history correlate with the uterine leiomyoma. |
